6. GLBA & FCRA-Related Information
Where we facilitate financial products, certain data may be subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and related safeguards obligations, and some state privacy rights may not apply to GLBA data. For identity/eligibility checks, we or partners may obtain or handle information regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) or similar laws.
